Refund policy

We strive to deliver a high quality product which we are sure you will be pleased with. However, due to the nature of online purchases, the fact that you can’t pick up and inspect a product, sometimes the colour or size may not be as expected.  If you are not happy with an item which you have purchased from us you must notify us within 3 days to info@dom.ie. We will then issue you with a returns form. This form must be completed and returned with the item to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.

The item returned must be unworn and unmarked, in the same condition as it was received. If you remove any of the store tags from the item it will not be possible to receive a refund. Items which may not be returned for refund are earrings (due to reasons of hygiene), personalised (engraved items or bespoke orders) and customised items (items which have been altered in size as requested).

Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by any warranty/guarantee booklets provided. If an item was worn, altered or damaged after it was received it will not be eligible for refund.

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the purchaser. Diana O’Mahony Jewellers are not responsible for any items lost in transit while being returned to us. To ensure your items are covered for any loss or damage and that their journey back is recorded and tracked, we advise that all items are returned by registered post. 

Alternatively, you may return the item in person to our store at 8 Winthrop Street, Cork City.

The refund will be made to the same card used to make the purchase and will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

The above returns policy is limited to our online store only. All items purchased in store, except earrings, personalised or customised items, may be exchanged for a credit note or another item within 14 days, with original receipt. No cash refunds. The item returned must be unworn and unmarked, in the same condition as it was received. If you remove any of the store tags from the item it will not be possible to receive an exchange.
